About Spaniabolig

Spaniabolig is a Spanish real estate agency. We assist Norwegians with the purchase and sale of property in Spain. Our owners have extensive experience in the sale and marketing of property, both in Spain and in Norway. The estate agents in the company speak Norwegian, Swedish, Danish, English and Spanish. We are a close-knit group who do everything we can to ensure that you, the seller or buyer, are satisfied!

In our portfolio, we have property developers on the Costa Blanca that we have verified from several points, for example the developer’s willingness and ability to provide a bank guarantee to the customer as well as other important legal provisions for a property transfer. In many cases, this is done in collaboration with the law firm Andersen & Bache-Wiig in Norway.

We work primarily on the Costa Blanca South. But this does not mean that we cannot help our customers elsewhere in Spain, we work with Norwegian brokers, advisers and developers in other areas – and in cases where we receive inquiries about, for example, the Costa del Sol, we work with local brokers / advisors in that area.
